To get to the property right now you have to drop down on the beach and drive the beach for a ways.  To drive the beach you have to work with the tide.  So take that into consideration if you are interested in seeing this property.  The people that live in the town nearby do this every day.  So do the taxi's out there.  Once the road is completed this property is going to go up in value.
